STAR, 17th tarot card brings hope, creativity. In a total look of abandon the young naked girl a knee on the ground poor water on a wavy dry soil from two red vases. This water slowly find his way to what look like a lake. A three leaves plant next to her. In the background two bushes: a large one on the left a smaller one on the right of our pin up. In the larger one a black bird stand. In the sky are the seven stars of the Pleiades constellation (In reality they are 10, I believe this miscalculation comes from what you can see without a binocular). Cf the mythology of seven sisters Two yellow ones have seven branches, two red and two blue have eight, a bigger more shiny one Alcyone (seduced by Poseidon, symbol of life and renewal) over our girl head has eight too. The red right one with a special treatment is Electra, a star I have a strange personal relationship with. The Pleiades constellation have influenced many civilisations around the world. Mexican saw symbolic of virginity, other the art the literature. Over these symbolic is a larger star used here as the frame of my painting. I am not so sure if this also be included in what I beleive to be the perfect representation of this card or if this is an addition of my own. When I did read card to stranger at the age of 16 I always had a very personal way to mix past and future in my reading
